Amtrak Makes Progress; EV Motors Kick Rare Earth Habit; Baby Bonds & Generational Wealth

The National Railroad Passenger Corporation, better known as Amtrak is on a roll, with increased revenues, more passengers and a major boost in funding for badly needed capital expenditures.  First it was EV batteries, now its EV motors that are being reworked to run without the need for rare earth materials.  Finally, a question: is funding at risk children with a financial stake that they can use at 18 a benefit or a boondoggle?  One state's research.
